Two methods to retrieve voicemail from outside of the office:

1. Dial direct dial telephone #

2. Press *7 when voicemail picks up

3. Enter extension and password when prompted

            - Press 2 to get messages

            - Press 3 to "Administer personal greeting"

OR

1. Dial main telephone # 301-986-1300

2. Press ##

3. Press 1 to access mailbox

4. Enter extension and password when prompted

5. Press 3 for greetings

To add/change name recording outside of the office:

1. Dial the main telephone # 301-986-1300

2. Press ## 

3. Press 2 to "Customize mailbox"

4. Enter ext then pwd

5. Press 5 to Record name
