Dial 8 + 011 (the USAs Exit Code) + the destination numbers Country Code + telephone number of the individual you are trying to reach.

 

For example, to place a call to the Vatican and speak with Pope Francis, the number to dial would be 8 011 39 06 6988 4676. If you do speak with him, please find out when he's coming to the DMV for a visit. 

 

For International Calls using Teams:

 

You do not need to dial 8+ when calling international numbers from Teams. Dial the USA Exit Code (011) + Country Code + Telephone Number of the individual you are trying to reach. 

 

For example, to place a call to Buckingham Palace and speak with King Charles III, the number to dial would be 011 44 303 123 7300. If you do speak with him, please let him know that he needs to rapidly modernize the monarchy before it's too late.
