Transferring a Teams Call to Another Party.

When the call comes in, answer it as you normally would. 

Greet the caller and let them know that you'll be transferring them. When you're ready, click the   button. 

You have two options. (1) Transfer or (2) Consult then transfer. 

To transfer directly to another Teams user click  . The call will be transferred to the Teams user and you will be released from the conversation. 

To speak with another Teams user prior to Transferring the call, click .

Search and choose the Teams user to connect with . 

You can now choose how you would like to connect with them.  Your options are via Teams Audio Call, their Mobile Number, their Office Number, or a Chat. 

Once you've spoken with the Teams User complete the Transfer by clicking . Your call will transfer and you will be released.
