Mimecast not authenticating is one of the most common errors for Mimecast in Outlook. If you receive this error, do not have Mimecast options, or your Mimecast options are greyed out in the Mimecast tab in outlook please close Outlook completely and restart the program. If this does not fix the problem please create a ticket for the IT team.
