Setup RemoteApp icons on your computer

Type “remoteapp” in the desktop Search field.  “RemoteApp and Desktop Connections” will be displayed as a result. Click “Open”.

 

 

Click “Access RemoteApp and desktops”

 

 

 

Enter “https://remoteapp.lerchearly.com” in the “Email address or connection URL:” field.

 

Click “Next” twice.

 

Enter your LEB username and password when prompted, and then click “OK”.

Note: You can enter your user name as “lerchearly\<username>” , or, enter your email address.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your request can take up to a minute to process. You will see the following window when complete. Select “View resources” to view the published LEB Apps:

 

A new window will open with several icons. These applications can be launched “standalone” as if installed on your remote computer, or, connect to your office computer and work as if you were sitting at your desk. 

 

 

MacOS

Setup RemoteApp icons on your computer

  1. Download and install Microsoft Remote Desktop from the App Store.
  2. Click Add Workspace

 

  1. Enter https://remoteapp.lerchearly.com to search for a workspace.

 

  1. Once the workspace is found, click the arrows next to “User account” and select Add User Account

  1. Enter your LEB email address and Password

Give this account a Friendly name, ex. “LEB Account”. Click Add

 

  1. The LEB Apps icons will populate. Note that your icons may be different from those shown.

 

  1. For convenience, you can pin the Microsoft Remote Desktop app to the menu bar by clicking the Settings wheel and selecting “Pin to Menu Bar”
