If you are receiving this error:

 

this means you did not verify the connection through Duo in time. If you did not receive a notification on your smartphone please open the Duo app itself, the icon will look like this: 

and try connecting again. There should be a notification in the app itself. If you are still not receiving notifications to allow the connection even in the Duo app please contact John or Patrick. If the error you are receiving are different from the image above please check the other articles in the Remote Desktop Connections Issue folder and see how to fix your issues.
